These are tumultuous times. AI disruption, economic uncertainty, workplace shifts, and constant change are leaving many people feeling overwhelmed, distracted, and exhausted. But change is not new.
Even in “normal” times, you have either just gone through change, are currently going through change, or are about to face change. Change is constant — which raises an important question: Isn’t it time we learned how to navigate it more effectively?
“We usually have the benefit of experiencing Greg in person, but I have to say his virtual presentation was just as engaging and inspiring as being in the same room. He was able to keep the audience captivated and engaged, and connected with us personally, even though hundreds of us were all in different locations attending virtually.”
— Wendy Tait, Global Customer Experience Leader
Join keynote speaker and author Greg Bell for this engaging and practical virtual seminar designed to help leaders and teams adapt, stay grounded, and move forward during uncertain times. Drawing from the timeless lessons in his book Water the Bamboo®, Greg shares how the flexibility and resilience of bamboo provide a powerful model for dealing with disruption, uncertainty, and rapid change.

Understand change as a process rather than a single event
Recognize the emotional stages of change and how to navigate each one

Empower teams to embrace change and drive better results
Reduce overwhelm and maintain focus during uncertain times
